The single My Therapy is a grotesque of emotions of a man who rushes between love and hate, receiving only temporary relief from his madness. The main hook of the song is its driving and haunting riff, combining the energies of Royal Republic and Måneskin and definitely reminiscent of the greatest hits of Lenny Kravitz and Muse. My Therapy is a confession of a psychopath in love in the best traditions of British rock.
